Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from the crix login compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including being under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a formal self-exclusion request from the account holder in accordance with the responsible gaming provisions.
• Extended account inactivity (an account that has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an account maintenance review).
